Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking an appointment with Holy Family Services. Confirmation will be sent once your booking is recorded in our system. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. In rare cases, we may need to reschedule or reassign your appointment. You will be notified as soon as possible. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
