The Nazareth Building

Construction commenced in November 2024. Construction has now been going on for 15 months and the building is over 60% complete. The construction of the two stories is being managed in four quadrants so that some parts of the building will be fully completed whilst constuction is still continuing elsewhere. We have made significant changes to the area in front of the building. Originally we intended that the road would remain directly in front of the building, but realised that would act as a radiator of heat and noise for the residents.

Now there will be landscaped lawns and gardens along the whole facade that will be at least 8 to 10 metres deep. We will lose one row of parking, but additional parking will be available with the redesign of the parking around the church and along the exit driveway.

We expect to have the Nazareth Building completed and be able to commence occupation by the end of 2026. After completion of construction, it will take around a month to bring in all of the equipment and furniture, hang the curtains and train the staff on how to use the new equipment.
