We have had approval to build an additional aged care building on our site for a couple of years. The design was not quite as optimal as we hoped, and have been working on its redesign. We have now completed that work and are seeking approval to modify the consent from Council, which we expect to be approved.

In January 2024 we expect to commence construction of our new two-story building which will accommodate sixty residents in houses of fifteen residents each. The building has been designed to meet, and exceed, the requirements of the recently released draft National Aged Care Design principles and Guidelines.
