Holy Family Early Learning Centre operates Monday to Friday from 6.30AM – 6PM. Our centre is open for 50 weeks of the year, closing for two weeks over Christmas and on public holidays.

Enrolment Fee and Bond Payment
Upon acceptance of a position at our centre, families are required to pay a once off enrolment fee payment. The enrolment fee secures your positions within the centre, covers the administration costs and enrolment package including a Holy Family Early Learning Centre Sun Safe hat and any required bed linen.
Prior to commencement, we require a bond payment. The bond payment is equivalent to 2 weeks full fees. Your bond payment is refundable to you when your child leaves our centre. If you withdraw your enrolment before your child begins care or you have outstanding fees at the end of care your bond payment is non-refundable.

Fees are to be paid in full prior to child’s attendance
Fees are charged per day and account for 11.5 hours of your eligible hours under the Child Care Subsidy (CCS). If you exhausted your fortnightly hours you will be required to pay full fees for the additional hours used.

Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
All Families are eligible to apply for Child Care Subsidy (CCS) through their mygov account linked to Centrelink. CCS is a government subsidy provided to assist families with fee assistance.

Fees are to remain current and must be paid weekly or fortnightly in advance. In the event of overdue fees there will be an administration charge of 5% adjusted to your account. Fees more than 2 weeks behind may results in termination of your child’s enrolment.
Once your child is enrolled, fees are calculated for the days your child is booked into the centre, including when your child is absent due to sickness or away from the centre. The Family Assistance Office (FAO) will only allow 42 absences per financial year, thereafter full fee will be payable.
First and Last day Absences
Once your child’s enrolment is confirmed your child must attend on the first day of enrolment, if your child does not attend on their first day full fees will be charged from enrolment date to the child’s first physical day of attendance.
If you wish to cancel our service, cancellations must be completed in writing two weeks prior to the last day at the centre. Your child must attend on the last day of the two weeks’ notice period in order for your CCS to be applied to this period. Should your child not attend on the last day you will be charged full fees from the last physical day of attendance.
