I have had the privilege of working at HFS for thirteen years, first in the childcare centre as the Director and now as the General Manager of Operations across the whole business. Work at Holy Family Services is such a blessing. As a Financial Controller of the company, my role is to report to the Board and Executive Management Team with precise financial report including budgeting, financial performance and business analysis, keep track of the organisation’s funding and expenditure to ensure the organisation’s best financial performance for the care of our all aged group. Our hardworking finance team are responsible for managing all aspects of the organisation’s financial affairs to enable the organisation and residents to make informed decision.

Holy Family Services has supported me in my journey and growth as a leader, starting out as an assistant educator and over my nine years of service moving into the general manager’s role. HFS provides a warm and welcoming environment, where every day we strive to improve and ensure our children, residents and families are given a high standard of education and care.
