* Completion of and application for residence at Holy Family Services
* Completion of a Financial Statement, required for the setting of fees payable
* Completion of a Resident's Ągreement

Fees Information
All accommodation fees are set by the Commonwealth Government and not by Holy Family Services. They take into account individual family needs and circumstances
An important point is the payment of an Accommodation Charge (for nursing home care) or an Accommodation Bond (for hostel care) as part of entry requirements for those with certain assets. This will be explained individually to residents as rates vary according to assets held on entry.
