Fees for the Centre

Before School Care from 6.30-8.30am ($ 10 per session)

After School Care from 3.00-6.00pm ($ 14 per session)

Vacation Care & Pupil Free Day from 7.00am -6.00pm ($ 35 per day)

Depending on your CCB % you might pay only $1.
The Child Care Benefit is available through the federal government's Family Assistance Office (Telephone number 13 6150).

*Additional $2 for casual sessions
** Annual Enrolment fee $20 per family

Attendance

Fees are payable for the days your child is booked into the centre, including when your child is absent due to sickness or any absence. Centrelink will only allow 30 absences per financial year, thereafter full fee will be payable. It is advisable to supply wherever possible a doctors certificate.

Cancellations and change of days

Must all be done in writing with a period of two weeks notice. Being from the Monday to the Friday.

Child Care Benefit

Families need to call Centrelink on Ph 136150 from 8am to 8pm Mon to Fri to link their child to the CCB reduced fee scheme. You will need to quote the centres CRN numbers located at the back of this form.

Service Delivery, Transportation

We provide service to the following schools:
St. Andrews Primary School and High School,
Marayong Height Primary School,
Quakers Hill Primary School.


Transportation
Children are taken to the bus stops at Quakers Rd in the mornings and supervised when entering the bus by our carers.
In the afternoons children are met at the bus stop on Quakers Rd and brought back to the centre.
Quakers Hill children are walked to their school and picked up in the afternoon from their school.

Program


Daily planned program is based on the themes Community Resources, Cultural Diversity, Behaviour, Talents and Interests and Communications according to NCAC children programming. We are Accredited through the Quality Assurance Scheme. Any queries about Child Care under this scheme can be contacted on Ph 8260 1900
Children also have the opportunity to choose their own activity from a great range of resources and equipment available. Among other sports, the centre also provides children bikes and a tennis court.


Meals


Before School Care: Breakfast is provided from 7.00am to 8.00am
After School Care: Children are provided with afternoon tea shortly after arriving at the centre.
Vacation care: ONLY Breakfast is provided. Parents need to pack for their child morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and drinks.
All meals are prepared and planned according to the national dietary guidelines for childcare.
We also ask families to ensure their child’s lunch boxes are healthy.
Please do not give your child any peanut products as our centre policy states we do not allow peanut products on the premises.

Parents Participation


All families are welcome to be an active member of Holy Family Children’s Centre. Throughout the year we ask parents to attend any training courses or contribute some of their talent or hobbies into the program.
Families are also welcome to join our parent policy review committee. This involves families reviewing centre policies throughout the year.
We have a parent information area as well as a suggestion/ fee box for any comments or input.
